Shipping and Delivery Policy
Delivery and shipping requests:
- Barahstore currently ships to all regions and cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Your order will be delivered to the shipping company within (one business day) of the time the order is confirmed.
- The customer will receive their order within (two to five working days) for shipments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Orders confirmed on Thursday evening, Friday and Saturday of each week are shipped on the following Sunday as the first working day.
- When you send your order via the shipping company, the Barahstore team will send you a WhatsApp message containing the shipping label and shipment number so that you can track the shipment through the shipping company’s website.
- Shipping costs are determined according to the shipping company’s pricing policy (weight and dimensions of the shipment).
Delivery orders can be placed through a Barahstore representative:
- Barahstore provides home delivery service through a private representative to the following cities: (Riyadh).
- After the customer confirms the order, the Barahstore team will contact the customer via WhatsApp to determine a suitable time and place for pickup.
