Returns and Refunds
Customers have the right to return a product within 3 days or exchange it within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition with all its accessories and packaging intact, as received at the time of purchase.
All products are eligible for return or exchange except for:
coffee machines, coffee tools, mugs, and paper filters, unless a manufacturing defect is found.
BRexpress reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a website error, incorrect pricing, or if the product is out of stock. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account or payment card. The customer may not demand the product to be restocked.
If the product requested for exchange is unavailable, our team will contact the customer to confirm if they would like to choose an alternative product.
Opened products cannot be exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
Products that are not eligible for return or exchange include those that violate warranty conditions, such as:
If the product is examined and found to be under warranty with a confirmed defect, the customer will be compensated with a new replacement, and BRexpress will bear the shipping cost. A return shipping label will be sent to the customer, and the product must be handed over to the shipping company within 7 days of receiving the label.
The return method and shipping carrier will be arranged by our Customer Service Team, depending on the city and original purchase location. The return label will be canceled if the customer fails to deliver the product within the specified period.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of returns or exchanges.
