Shipping Orders:
- BRexpress currently ships to all regions and cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Your order will be handed over to the shipping company within one business day from the time of order confirmation.
- The customer will receive their order within 2 to 5 business days for shipments within Saudi Arabia.
- Orders confirmed on Thursday evening, or during Friday and Saturday, will be shipped on the following Sunday, the first business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, the BRexpress team will send you a WhatsApp message containing the shipment invoice and tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment through the shipping company's website.
- Shipping fees are determined based on the shipping company’s pricing policy, which takes into account the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
Orders Delivered via BRexpress Representative:
- BRexpress offers home delivery via a personal delivery representative in the city of Riyadh only.
- After confirming the order, the BRexpress team will contact the customer via WhatsApp to schedule a convenient delivery time and location.
